These Terms of Service govern your use of Kaskr, a brewery management platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each brewery account is tied to an email domain. You must provide accurate information during registration.
Kaskr offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the platform. Billing is handled through our payment provider, Paddle.
Your brewery data belongs to you. We store and process it to provide the service. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
You agree to use Kaskr for legitimate brewery management purposes only. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of the platform is prohibited.
We use Google Analytics to understand how Kaskr is used and to improve the product. This sets cookies in your browser that record anonymised usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location). No personally identifiable brewery data is sent to Google. By using Kaskr, you consent to this analytics collection. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Kaskr is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
